The staff here pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are all in very good condition and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Gis Hotel was very good value and ideally located for a disneyland paris or a combined disneyland/paris city trip, each about 20 minutes by underground. Easy 5 minute walk to underground station. Located on quiet cul de sac off a busy street. Excellent Italian restaurant, fast food outlets, three mini-marts and excellent bakery all only a few minutes walk away so easy to pick up fresh bread and cold drinks en route each morning. It was a perfectly safe area although ethnically diverse and interesting. Good playground behind hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kettle and air conditioner in room was useful. Towels changed, room cleaned every day. Room and beds very comfortable. Location and value more important than perfect decor.

The proximity to the RER is great. Being able to have an inexpensive breakfast buffet on location is also great. Staff is friendly and will help you if you have questions or need something. Prices seem fair for what you get.
Some areas in the room were dusty (inside closets). We woke up at night and had like 5-10 bedbugs in the bed! Each night, we killed a few. That was a major problem for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were great, with free and secure parking available. The location was ideal, as it was close to the train and bus station, making it easy to access both the city and Disneyland. Additionally, being near the canal provided a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is situated in an ethnically diverse area, which gave us the opportunity to explore different shops and experience a unique cultural environment. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including traditional breads, boiled eggs, ham, cheese. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I always stay at the Gis Hotel when visiting Paris and I have always found it to be comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I would add that it is ideally situated halfway between the centre of Paris and EuroDisney on the fast RER underground line. The rail staff at Neuilly Pleasance are friendly and speak English so buying tickets for a non French speaker is easy. So, an excellent choice for family or travelling wishing to see the sites of Paris and Disney at a reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located near a canal and suburbs, providing a slightly rustic atmosphere. It is also in close proximity to the train station, making it easy to explore central Paris. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with warm bedrooms and continental breakfast provided. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing guests to do online check-in and printing. the hotel also offers free access to a computer for customers to use.
The elevator was out of order for a period of 10 days, which may cause inconvenience to guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

During my recent business trip, I stayed in a suburban hotel located near a canal and close to the RER station, which was very convenient for commuting to Paris and nearby attractions. The breakfast was satisfying, and I loved the variety, especially the rice porridge. The nearby playground was excellent to entertain my kids, and the late-night grocery stores and take-aways on the main street were very handy. The hotel offered a free computer for customers, which allowed me to do the online check-in and print the boarding pass.
The neighborhood, however, did give me a harrowing first impression. Although the hotel and surroundings were safe and suitable for my family, they seemed a bit rundown.

Convenient Location, Ethnic Diversity, and Affordable Price the hotel is located midway between central Paris and Disneyland, which made it very convenient to go anywhere. the RER station is just five minutes away on foot, allowing quick access to both destinations. I liked how the hotel was situated in an ethnically diverse area, with a variety of shops and food outlets, which made exploring the surroundings interesting. the price of the hotel was very affordable, considering the great location.
Limited Breakfast Options and Unheated Bathroom One downside of the hotel was the limited options available during breakfast. the continental breakfast was basic, with croissants, jams, cheese, and cold meats.
